Jason is the glue that keeps the business together. The calmness in the storm and the level head on broad shoulders.

He has an excellent knowledge of business and is a great out of the box thinker. He was a state finalist in the Australian Institute of Management Awards in 2014 and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the CEO Institute.

Jason’s passion is business outcomes and ensuring whatever work Surety IT undertake that we deliver 100% of the time and provide the outcomes that the customer is looking for.

He also prides himself in ensuring that the customer service that Surety IT provides is of an extremely high standard.

Jason is an industry expert for Queensland and Victorian Leaders and is a member of Queensland Leaders Founders and Alumni.

We call him the negotiator, cars, tvs, caravans, tents, you name it, Jason can get a better price!

Ash Klemm

Business Development Manager / Senior Relationship Manager

Ash comes to Surety IT with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing.

His journey from a casual salesperson at Chandlers to State Manager at a national IT distribution company, while battling health issues, including a double lung transplant in 2015, gave him the experience, know-how, tenacity, and marketing insight, to find solutions and help businesses grow.

After spending several years in the ivory tower of state management, Ash missed the genuine connection of face to face meetings and helping make a difference to businesses in need.

His authentic, conversational, and easy-going nature helps our customers feel at ease and shows them we are a brand to trust. Ash spends his days advocating for our customers to ensure they receive the best possible service in a timely fashion. Ash is also the in house chair builder.

His curiosity and natural problem-solving ability make him the perfect first call for all our new customers to help determine what is wrong, how Surety IT can help and what the best solutions are moving forward.

Tim Moses

Business Systems Manager

Tim is the manager of our technical team. He is the person that ensures that jobs are completed on time and in line with customer expectations.

He is also the escalation point for more serious issues and is not only excellent technically but also incredibly resourceful and a great communicator.

Tim works very closely with Ash, and they have a great relationship and understanding with regards to what our customers need and desired outcomes.

Tim has completed a masters and single handedly kept Mother Energy drinks in business for the last couple of years.

Caroline Hayden

Customer Support Manager

Caroline is our customer service champion.

She is a critical link between our customers and the technical team and ensures that we always put the customer first and provide excellent service. She works very closely with the technical team and customer relationship team to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly.

Caroline is also the first point of contact for ordering of new equipment. She really enjoys talking to customers and providing a great service.

Caroline brings a wealth of customer service skills and procurement experience to Surety IT having worked in a number of similar roles previously.

When not looking after our customers, Caroline can be found at most Brisbane Heat matches.
